Below are some interesting facts of how laughter can be the medicine to all.






Laughter is the HEALTH factor.

Laughter helps to reduce the stress hormones and increases health-enhancing hormones, antibody-producing cells and the effectiveness of T cells. A healthier self with better immune system accompanied lesser stress will be achieved.



Laughter is the ESCAPE solution.

Have u ever tried laughing off a bad day instead of crying? Yes, laughter can be another alternative of emotional release when you feel that crying is the only solution. Laughter also helps to eradicate those negative thoughts (anger, guilt, stress and negative emotions) in a beneficial way.



Laughter is the GYM of our heart.

Laughter helps to exercise our internal bodies such as exercising the diaphragm, contracts the abs and even works out the shoulders, leaving muscles more relaxed afterward. The heart does get to exercise as well.
